Weed Fudge

There is no better chocolate treat than good chocolate fudge. You can eat it any time and it can be easily carried and concealed. Today we’re going to make highly potent cannabis infused fudge. This is one of the best tasting edibles you can make and the recipe is quick and simple.



  • ¼ cup or more of cannabis butter
  • 2 cups of granulated sugar
  • ½ a cup of cocoa
  • 1 cup of whole milk
  • Vanilla extract
  • Chopped nuts (optional)

Kitchen tools required:

  • Candy thermometer
  • 8 X 8 baking tray
  • Pot
  • A Whisk
  • A Wooden spoon
  • A Cutting board
  • A knife


Start by greasing the baking tray and set it aside. Now, set the candy thermometer in the pot. Add the sugar, cocoa and milk to the pot and using the whisk stir them together in the pot. Turn the heat up to a medium flame and bring the mixture to a boil as you keep stirring it. Once the mixture boils, stop stirring it and reduce the flame.

As the mixture simmers watch the thermometer till it reaches 238 degrees Fahrenheit. Another way to check this is to drop a spoonful of the mixture into a bowl of cool water and if it balls up into a mixture that you can hold in your hand it’s at the right temperature.

Now turn off the heat and let the mixture cool to well below 150 degrees Fahrenheit. Next, add the cannabis butter and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract. If you are using any nuts add them into the mixture now. Using the wooden spoon mix or whip everything together well. Beat the mixture till it loses that glossy look and becomes thick and has a matt finish look.

Now pour the mixture into the greased baking tray and put it in the fridge to cool for 30 to 40 minutes. You can clean you fudge pot easily if you fill it with soapy water and let it boil.

Once the fudge has cooled properly and set, take it out of the fridge andtip it on to a cutting board. Cut it up into pieces as you like. This recipe should give you about 16 pieces. Your marijuana chocolate fudge is ready! It will be very rich and yummy with all the cannabis butter and therefore quite potent and you can get a pretty good buzz in your head!   1. I just made these, and they’re setting up in the fridge right now! I couldn’t find my candy thermometer, but I’ve made marshmallows a lot and was pretty confident I could gauge soft ball stage. Mix went in the kitchenaid, because I didn’t want my arms getting tired, and with the paddle I probably had to mix it about 20-25 minutes on medium speed.
    I’m being daring and adding a salted caramel swirl instead of nuts even though I’ve never made fudge before, but these directions made it pretty easy. I’ve been licking the spoons, so I’ll have to wait til tomorrow to have a piece, but so far I’m pretty sure I have success here. YAY! Thanks for the recipe.
